James is the Founder of Tuck Advisors. Like all CEOs, his job is to set the strategic direction of the company, hire the best people, give them the tools they need to be successful, and then get out of their way.

Cindy ensures operations run smoothly at Tuck Advisors. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in the education space, leading school operations at a high performing NYC charter school. Cindy was also formerly a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Dr. Mike McKenna leverages his diverse expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to drive client development for both buy-side and sell-side clients. He is passionate about building strategic partnerships with founders and leaders in the education sector, tailoring and personalizing the M&A process to meet their unique needs.

At Tuck Advisors, Brendan advises clients on both sides of the table, supporting founders through sell-side M&A and helping investors and strategic buyers execute buy-side acquisitions. He's passionate about partnering with entrepreneurs and helping them realize the full value of what they've built, while also helping acquirers find high-quality opportunities and navigate the diligence-to-close process with confidence.

At Tuck Advisors, Mengjie works across both buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting founders and acquirers through the full transaction lifecycle. She also leads client development in the pet and veterinary verticals and manages buy-side deal operations, where she refines internal processes and drives transactions forward efficiently. Mengjie is energized by both the strategic and operational sides of her work.

Khunsha handles communications at Tuck Advisors and is passionate about all things digital media.

A serial entrepreneur and EdTech leader, Manjit co-founded Natterhub, an award-winning platform for children's online safety and education, now part of the £500M+ Twinkl Group.

In a 30-year career spanning enterprise and entrepreneurial ventures, Rich has served as CEO and/or co-founder of multiple organizations committed to healthcare transformation - with primary emphasis in challenge/turn-around roles.

Lisa Bowers brings an integrated background in sustainability and business to Tuck Advisors. She is committed to scaling solutions that address climate-related health impacts, regenerate the biodiversity of valuable ecosystems, and provide food system resilience.

Dr. Will Thomas is a serial entrepreneur, veterinary surgeon, and operator-investor with over 15 years of experience building and scaling businesses across Southeast Asia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Bristol and has channeled that clinical foundation into a remarkable entrepreneurial career.
