When you use the contact form on our Website, we collect your name, email address, company name and website, the subject and contents of your message, how you best describe yourself, and who introduced you to us. You may also choose to provide your phone number, a calendar scheduling link or a voice memo. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include.
M&A Analyzer. Our M&A Analyzer asks only for the website addresses of the companies you want to analyze, the deal type and whether the deal is real or hypothetical. It does not ask for your name or contact information. We store information about the companies added and maintain a copy of the M&A Analysis. Please do not enter confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Information from other sources. We may obtain business contact information, such as name, job title, company and business email address, from public sources and business data providers such as LinkedIn and Apollo.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Website and its hosting and analytics providers automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, described below.
