Our Daily Riddle Ritual

Each morning, our entire team gathers for the “Daily Huddle” to discuss the day’s plans, review what was accomplished the day before, and align on upcoming goals. It's an essential part of our daily routine that ensures everyone is on the same page, boosting communication and teamwork across all teams. But the highlight of our huddle comes at the very end, when we all take a moment to engage in the Daily Riddle. This fun tradition has become a cornerstone of our culture, offering a lighthearted way to challenge our minds and bond as a team.

The riddle is a small but crucial part of our day, adding a bit of playful competition and fun. As a part of a three-month-long competition, every team member earns points for correctly solving the riddle. These points accumulate over the course of the months, and at the end, we crown the Riddle champion—someone who’s mastered the art of outwitting the brain teasers. While the challenge is entertaining, it also fosters a spirited sense of camaraderie within our team, helping to maintain a healthy balance of work and play.

 

Our team members, regardless of seniority, often describe the riddle as their favorite part of the day.
