It’s already shaping up to be a remarkable year for Tuck Advisors! I am pleased to announce that we've successfully closed four M&A transactions in January and February of 2025: one in healthcare (sell side, brought to us by a Bounty Banker like you!) and three in professional education (two sell side, one buy side).

In partnership with Evertreen, we’ve planted 1,000 trees for each of these transactions—celebrating both our clients’ successes and our commitment to sustainability.

We are energized by this momentum and eager to see what the rest of 2025 brings. This newsletter is one of the initiatives that our team is putting together to keep you updated each quarter.
